When do you drop off or pick up the inflatables? 

We normally drop off the morning of your rental. For example, if your purchase is for a 2 day rental and your rental (event) is on Saturday, we would drop the slide off Saturday morning and we would pick up on Monday.  If you purchased a 4 day rental and your rental (event) is on Monday, we would drop off on Monday morning and pick up Friday morning. Depending on our number of rentals, we may drop off the evening before. You do not need to be home for pick up.  Be sure there are no locked gates or loose pets.

What do I need to supply for the inflatables? 

A water hose (if used wet)  and heavy duty extension cord must be supplied by the customer.   We will set up the inflatable on a tarp to prevent damage.

Is my yard large enough for the inflatables and/or the gaming trailer? 

 Please keep in mind that the gaming trailer is 30 foot long, which is pulled behind a large truck, therefore needs enough yard or driveway space to park. Sharp curves or narrow driveways may prevent us from being able to pull into your property.  To prevent damage to our vinyl wrap, make sure there are no overhanging limbs.

The inflatables are also quite large and heavy, most are 400 lbs - 600 lbs.  Our slides are manufactured in the USA with higher quality thicker vinyl.  Some of the inflatbles may need to be dropped off with a trailer.

Can we set up in a park? 

We do not mind setting up in a park, however most parks do NOT have electricity.  Please make sure the park you are setting up at has working power supply with an outlet. If no power supply,  you will need to supply a 3500 wtz generator. If you do not have a generator, we do rent them.  Call us for a quote. Also keep in mind, the park you are setting up at may need prior permission.  Roll up gaming is not responsible for obtaining permission.

When do you drop off/pick up the Gaming Trailer if we choose the overnight packge? 

Trailer will be dropped off the day you reserve, no earlier than 5 pm and picked up next morning. You do not need to be home for pickup. Be sure there are no locked gates or loose pets.  If you leave the property the morning of pick up, please leave gaming trailer locked. 

 

How do you rent the Gaming Trailer hourly?  

You will have the gaming trailer for a total of two hours after we set up and give you instructions.  Keep in mind, if this is for a birthday party, to utilize the full two hours, schedule this around opening presents, cake and icecream and other festivities. Remember, additional hours may be purchased. 

 

Can we get a early drop off with overnight rentals of waterslide or gaming trailer? 

Yes, if we can accomodate, we can drop off early for an additional fee.

What areas do you rent out to? 

We are based out of Saucier, Ms. We will go 30 miles out. Each additional mile, is $5 per mile.  Example, if your address is 40 miles from us, it will be an additional $50.
